Can the bus trip I want sell out if I don't purchase a ticket in advance?
Yes, we recommend that you buy your ticket at least a few days in advance.
Can I book a reserved seat on the bus?
No, we do not reserve seats. We do, however, reserve four seats in the front of the bus for handicapped persons.
Can I reserve a ticket and pay for it later?
No. You must pay for your ticket upon order. You can use a credit card on the Internet or by telephone, or purchase in person at one of our ticket outlets.
How do I get the lowest fare?

Can I buy a ticket on the bus?
Yes. There will be an additional charge of 50 SEK minimum.
Can I pay cash on the bus?
Yes, but we recommend that you pay by credit card, for your safety and that of the driver and the other passengers.
Is there a refund if I miss my bus?
If we are responsible for your missing a bus connection, you can make a claim to our customer service. Please make your claim to kundtjanst@swebus.se. For any other reason that you have missed your bus, you can be refunded if you have cancellation protection and you canceled the trip before departure.
Can I use my ticket for another departure the same day?
No. The ticket is only valid for the confirmed departure.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Yes, if you have purchased cancellation protection you can cancel the trip up until the scheduled time of departure and still receive a refund.
What is the age limit for Youth Ticket?
Youth Tickets are available to people up to 26 years old.
Do you check whether I am a senior citizen/ student/Youth/Child on the bus?
Yes. You will need to show your ID when you purchase your ticket and again on the bus.
How do I get reimbursed if the bus is delayed?
