Your ticket price will be determined by how old you are, where you purchase your ticket and how far in advance you make your purchase.

Ticket Choices:

• Baby (under 3 years) always free
• Children (3-15 years)
• Youth (16-25 years)
• Student (CSN or student card)
• Adult
• Senior (over 65 or pensioner's certificate)

Service Charges

• When you purchase by telephone or at one of our ticket retailers, a 12% service fee will be added.
• Purchase on our website  and a 5% service fee will be added with a 5 SEK minimum charge.

Cancellation Protection

To cancel your trip, you will need Cancellation Protection. The Cancellation Protection you purchase with your travel ticket is valid up to the time of departure. When you cancel your trip, the ticket price and, possibly, a service fee will be refunded.

If you purchase Cancellation Protection with a credit card, it will take a few banking days before you will see the funds in your account.
